Of navel-gazers and straw-men

Yes, I am judging you and all like you as unregenerate who insist on that position you and your brother in Satan hold on “Marriage and Divorce” and “Full Assurance = Faith”

Yes, I can produce Scripture to refute BOTH.

I am aquainted with your position so it is not necessarry to repeat it. Harold Camping of Family Radio holds it as well. NO DIVORCE for any reason whatsoever.

Uh, you are NOT acquainted with my position. My position is NOT “no divorce for any reason whatsoever.” In fact, there are certain cases when there MUST be a divorce. Obviously, the only position that you are acquainted with is that of a man of straw. See the following to get “reacquainted”:

ON ASSURANCE = FAITH you follow the teachings of Satan…for in Isaiah 50

50:10 “Who is among you that feareth the LORD, that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh in darkness, and hath no light? let him trust in the name of the LORD, and stay upon his God.
50:11 Behold, all ye that kindle a fire, that compass yourselves about with sparks: walk in the light of your fire, and in the sparks that ye have kindled. This shall ye have of mine hand; ye shall lie down in sorrow.”

I have the BACKBONE alright. You are lost.

You show yourself to be a navel-gazing self-righteous religionist. Your (and the WCF’s) damnable teaching that a true Christian can doubt his salvation clearly demonstrates that you believe that those who are ignorant of Christ’s righteousness as the sole grounds of acceptance before God (“end of law” per Romans 10:1-4) are NOT lost as Paul had prayed, but Christians of a “lesser faith.” Those who doubt are ignorant about whose righteousness is the sole ground of acceptance before God. Paul prayed out of love for these kinds of people. You (and the WCF) show hatred by telling them “peace, peace” when there is no peace. This is a striking contrast.

Isaiah 50:10 is one of many verses that is abused in an effort to advance the Westminster Assembly’s (and your) self-righteous cause. The apostle Paul serves as an excellent example of one who continually trusted in the name of the Lord while walking in darkness:

“For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life: But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead: Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us” (2 Corinthians 1:8-10).

Romans 8:16 and Galatians 4:6 refute the heresy that a true believer can be in the dark about whether God is his Father or not. Once again, when we compare Scripture with Scripture we see that Scripture is being disrespected and twisted to serve an agenda. To “walk in darkness” is to be overwhelmed by a trying, painful circumstance or situation. 2 Corinthians 1:8-10 gave us an illuminating example of this.

Consider Romans 8:16. Now what about the person who doubts that he is a child of God? Is the Holy Spirit witnessing with his spirit that he is a child of God? Obviously not, because if the Holy Spirit were witnessing with his spirit that he is a child of God, he would BELIEVE that he is a child of God. For more on this see:
